WEBPRO Input Sheets¶
This section explains how to create input sheets for WEBPRO.

Input Workflow¶
Based on the design documents (architectural and equipment drawings), enter the information of the building to be evaluated into the input sheets in the following order.
- Input of common conditions — Define the basic information of the building and the rooms subject to calculation.
- Basic Information Input Sheet (Form 0)
- Room Specifications Input Sheet (Form 1)
- Input of equipment specifications — Prepare the sheets required for the equipment installed in the building.
- Air conditioning equipment (Forms 2-1 to 2-9)
- Mechanical ventilation equipment (Forms 3-1 to 3-3)
- Lighting equipment (Form 4)
- Hot water supply equipment (Forms 5-1 to 5-2)
- Elevators (Form 6)
- Solar power generation equipment (Form 7-1)
- Cogeneration equipment (Form 7-3)
- Envelope of non-air-conditioned rooms (Form 8)
Each page provides the format of the sheet (with an input example), the input method for each item, and tables of the available options.
Rules for Preparing the Input Sheets¶
- Do not merge cells.
- Do not insert line breaks within a cell.
- Do not edit the header part (rows 1 to 10).
- Do not add columns.
- Rows may be added as needed from row 11 onward, except in Form 1 and Form 2-2.
- Items marked "転記" (transcription) may be entered by copy and paste, cell reference, or direct input. Note that full-width and half-width characters are distinguished, so be careful to avoid input errors.
- Enter hiragana, katakana and kanji as full-width characters, and alphanumeric characters as half-width characters. Do not use commas ("," or ",").
